My name is Rick Copple. My experience with QuickBooksÒ goes back to 1996 where I used it as the primary bookkeeping system in a retail environment. I have also received seminar training designed for consultants. I have discovered QuickBooksÒ to be a very efficient program in most ways, but there are limits as well. I have been able to find solutions to most of these limitations. I am familiar with all functions of the program and can help customize it to fit your needs in most situation.
Additionally, I have several years experience working with a wide variety of spreadsheets and databases. I can assist in creating database or spreadsheet applications that meet your needs. I can usually figure out one that I have not worked with before, but I have worked with the most popular ones.

I also offer bookkeeping service. I am familiar with the payroll functions in QuickBooksÒ as well as the federal and state payroll taxes. Even with QuickBooksÒ good payroll features, people often don't want to deal with all the payroll taxes and more complex bookkeeping needs.
